Chicago mayoral candidate Bill Quinlan is suing Alexi Giannoulias, Maria Pappas and Mike Quigley for running for two different offices at the same time. He's seeking a judgement that the office of mayor is legally "incompatible" with the offices they hold and thus they're ineligible to run.
