Lawmakers punt Bears property tax bill to April

State Rep. Kam Buckner, D-Chicago, the top House Democratic negotiator on stadium issues, confirmed to Capitol News Illinois that the property tax bill long sought by the Bears won’t move before the House adjourns Friday.
